Provides administrative and operational support for employee, customer, vendor, parking, and transportation services. Responsibilities include managing enrollments and changes, assisting with MBTA benefits, presenting at employee orientations, maintaining filing systems, preparing weekly payroll deduction reports, maintaining office hours, and supporting additional projects. Requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, problem-solving, Microsoft Office skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Supervise shuttle operations at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, ensuring scheduled service, vehicle inspections, cleanliness, safety, and customer service standards. Perform shuttle, valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles. Support daily operations, maintain facilities and vehicles, report maintenance concerns, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Provides regional HR support across Southern California and West Coast sites, managing employee and labor relations, investigations, performance actions, leave cases, workforce changes, compliance, HRIS administration, personnel records, and manager training. Advises leaders on California and federal employment law, supports audits and onboarding compliance, handles union-related matters, and coaches managers through workplace issues and organizational changes. Requires multi-site support and travel to assigned locations as business needs require.
