Supports recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and onsite staffing logistics for major sporting events and concerts. Responsibilities include screening candidates, maintaining payroll schedules and employee records, signing staff in and out, recording hours, distributing equipment and uniforms, providing event information, verifying site compliance, and assisting with event setup and closeout. The role requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, flexibility, and comfort with long shifts in fast-paced outdoor environments.

Processes and codes invoices for multiple locations, routes invoices for approval, prepares check runs, prints and mails checks, posts payments, manages vendor relationships, resolves invoice inquiries, reviews purchase orders, reconciles monthly vendor statements, and sets up vendors in Sage Intacct and Ottimate. The role also supports accounting projects and requires accurate, organized in-office work.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable tasks: deposit and post payments, reconcile catering and GL systems (Sage Intacct), prepare AR roll forwards and aging reports, calculate venue commissions, follow up on past-due payments, assist customers and streamline AR processes.

Manage off-premise logistics for Marigolds and Onions: coordinate deliveries, equipment and decor drops, warehouse inventory and security, truck scheduling and maintenance, and staff (10-15) hiring/training. Oversee event rollouts, safe driving, physical setup/breakdown, labor scheduling, and sanitation. Based in York, ON with nights/weekends availability.

Provide hands-on event technology support for POS systems, mobile devices, cabling, and equipment setup/troubleshooting during the RBC Canadian Open. Ensure devices function correctly, assist with installations, communicate technical issues, and support opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced, in-person event environment.
