Processes and codes invoices for multiple locations, routes invoices for approval, prepares check runs, prints and mails checks, posts payments, manages vendor relationships, resolves invoice inquiries, reviews purchase orders, reconciles monthly vendor statements, and sets up vendors in Sage Intacct and Ottimate. The role also supports accounting projects and requires accurate, organized in-office work.

Oversee stewarding operations to ensure a clean, organized back-of-house environment. Manage product flow, sanitation, chemical inventory, equipment maintenance, staff scheduling and performance, receiving/stocking, cleaning schedules, and coordination with culinary and purchasing teams to support kitchen and event production.

Provide bar setup, service, and breakdown for events at World of Coca-Cola. Greet and serve guests, prepare mixed drinks, manage inventory/closing counts, maintain cleanliness and uniform standards, assist bar backs, lift and move equipment, and travel to event venues across the Atlanta area. TIPs certification and upscale/VIP service experience required.

Lead morning cold-side culinary production for off-premise events: open kitchens, assign and oversee prep tasks, verify deliveries and inventory, ensure recipes, quality, sanitation, and safety, act as lead in Sous Chefs absence, and provide staff guidance for efficient execution of event orders.

Serve as primary front-desk and administrative support for the corporate office: greet guests, handle phones and mail, manage calendars and meeting prep, support sales/marketing/HR/operations tasks, maintain client lists and surveys, assist with basic graphics, photography, event support, and Caterease/PO/BEO tracking. Ensure timely customer responses and office supply management.

Serve as a concessions bartender at Circuit of The Americas: set up and break down bars, ice and stock product, operate POS, provide excellent guest service, monitor inventory and comply with alcohol policies, clean and store equipment after events.

Seasonal part-time steward supporting event foodservice at stadium suites: clean and sanitize kitchen and dishware, operate dish stations, assist food prep and deliveries, maintain storage and trash, pre-buss and clean suite areas, follow safety and cleaning protocols, and assist chefs as needed.

Maintain a clean kitchen and dish area, wash and sort dishes, operate dish machines, assist banquet setup/breakdown and plate-up, perform food prep and store deliveries, manage trash and storage, follow safety and chemical procedures, and work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable tasks: deposit and post payments, reconcile catering and GL systems (Sage Intacct), prepare AR roll forwards and aging reports, calculate venue commissions, follow up on past-due payments, assist customers and streamline AR processes.

Supervise suite attendants at two major sporting events, ensure suites are set up to client specifications, coordinate staff and food/beverage delivery, resolve issues, assist with stocking and maintenance, maintain radio communication with managers, and complete post-shift walkthroughs to ensure high-quality guest service.

Manage off-premise logistics for Marigolds and Onions: coordinate deliveries, equipment and decor drops, warehouse inventory and security, truck scheduling and maintenance, and staff (10-15) hiring/training. Oversee event rollouts, safe driving, physical setup/breakdown, labor scheduling, and sanitation. Based in York, ON with nights/weekends availability.

Provide hands-on event technology support for POS systems, mobile devices, cabling, and equipment setup/troubleshooting during the RBC Canadian Open. Ensure devices function correctly, assist with installations, communicate technical issues, and support opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced, in-person event environment.

Lead financial reporting and consolidation for key events and new business initiatives. Support P&L leaders with forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, scenario analysis, and pipeline evaluation. Evaluate new opportunities, scale and automate reporting, oversee event G&A forecasting and reconciliations, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership. Support onsite finance delivery at large sporting events.
