Coordinates full-cycle staffing for a concessions department, including recruiting, scheduling, training support, and retaining nonprofit volunteer groups and hourly employees. Maintains compliance with policies and procedures, manages group relationships, communicates with staff and volunteers, organizes weekly staffing needs, and assists with event planning, execution, and general office duties. Requires flexibility for extended shifts, physical stamina, and effective communication with management, guests, and team members.

Oversee premium food and beverage operations for a live event center, including event execution, catering, client relations, budgeting, financial reporting, product ordering, logistics, staffing, sanitation, and team development. The manager serves as the primary client contact, leads managers and hourly employees, coordinates with sales and culinary teams, and ensures high-quality service and profitable event operations.

Leads Marigolds & Onions’ Canadian growth strategy, business development pipeline, market expansion, and complex opportunity pursuits. Builds senior relationships across sports, entertainment, hospitality, venue, cultural, and institutional markets; originates, negotiates, and closes strategic opportunities; evaluates financial viability; coordinates cross-functional proposals; forecasts pipeline performance; and transitions won business into operations. Extensive travel throughout Canada and periodic travel to the United States is required.
