Processes and codes invoices for multiple locations, routes invoices for approval, prepares check runs, prints and mails checks, posts payments, manages vendor relationships, resolves invoice inquiries, reviews purchase orders, reconciles monthly vendor statements, and sets up vendors in Sage Intacct and Ottimate. The role also supports accounting projects and requires accurate, organized in-office work.

Oversee stewarding operations to ensure a clean, organized back-of-house environment. Manage product flow, sanitation, chemical inventory, equipment maintenance, staff scheduling and performance, receiving/stocking, cleaning schedules, and coordination with culinary and purchasing teams to support kitchen and event production.

Provide bar setup, service, and breakdown for events at World of Coca-Cola. Greet and serve guests, prepare mixed drinks, manage inventory/closing counts, maintain cleanliness and uniform standards, assist bar backs, lift and move equipment, and travel to event venues across the Atlanta area. TIPs certification and upscale/VIP service experience required.
