Lead product ideation, definition, and delivery for Promethean's interactive display (ActivPanel) hardware portfolio. Own roadmap, product requirements (hardware, firmware, software), OEM/ODM partner selection, and cross-functional launches while using customer insights and KPIs to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue across global markets.
