The Director of Finance - Portfolio FP&A leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for investment funds, collaborating with various teams to enhance financial models and decision-making.

As the Manager of Business Intelligence, you'll lead a team to provide analytics and reporting, driving performance and insights across the organization, while managing relationships with stakeholders and enhancing data processes.

Lead state and local government advocacy for Progress Residential by monitoring legislation, developing advocacy strategies, building relationships with policymakers, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, influencing policy outcomes, and representing the company at industry and public forums. Act as a surrogate for the VP of Government Affairs as needed.

The Manager Mail Operations oversees mail operations, leading a team, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient mail handling processes within the organization.

Lead internal and external communications for Supply Chain, develop and execute strategies to support supplier onboarding, sourcing, logistics, and compliance. Create executive summaries, web content for vendor portals, procedures, and engagement materials. Partner cross-functionally to increase awareness of supply chain impact, manage communication assets (e.g., Asana), measure engagement, and support transformation initiatives and events.
