Manages full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and stakeholder communication. Builds candidate pipelines, advises hiring managers, tracks recruiting metrics, maintains ATS data, improves recruiting processes, supports recruiting events and training, and ensures compliance with employment laws and EEO guidelines.

Analyzes and optimizes service and property-turn workflows using SQL, Python, visualization tools, and data-informed methods. Defines metrics, translates business needs into analytical requirements, investigates root causes, evaluates workflow improvements, and partners with business and technical teams on scalable solutions. Presents findings to stakeholders and assesses AI or automation opportunities while considering accuracy, risk, cost, transparency, and human oversight.

Underwrite, diligence, negotiate, and make purchase decisions for single-family rental homes. Develop market-specific acquisition strategies, maintain a property pipeline, analyze market trends and investment opportunities, and recommend improvements to investment decisions and processes. The role requires collaboration with corporate and local stakeholders, strong financial analysis, independent problem-solving, and travel to assigned markets every six to eight weeks.
