Design, build, and deliver scalable cloud-native backend services and customer-facing applications using AWS, microservices, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and Docker. Collaborate on architecture, reusable components, system integration, testing, deployment, release activities, and software sustainment. Evaluate technologies, develop proof of concepts, refactor systems, document solutions, manage Jira issues, mitigate risks, and support agile delivery across backend and frontend development.

Manages marketing content syndication and lead-generation production, including photo production requests, home descriptions, Salesforce cases, vendor reporting, and issue resolution. Uses multiple reports to identify and address syndication and photo-production problems, communicates with supervisors and vendors, and recommends process improvements. Requires strong organization, data entry, communication, attention to detail, and independent work in a deadline-driven environment.

Provides comprehensive paralegal support to the Legal Department, including litigation and pre-litigation coordination, legal research, document management, regulatory compliance, property-related disputes, licensing, entity maintenance, employment matters, subpoenas, mediations, and outside counsel coordination. Manages calendars, deadlines, hearings, document collection, production tracking, code enforcement matters, and cross-functional legal projects while supporting attorneys and internal stakeholders.

Lead FP&A for a group of investment funds (~40,000 homes). Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance and driver analysis, scenario modeling, and presentations for senior leadership. Partner with Portfolio Management and Capital Markets on long-range projections, enhance financial models and tools, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

Design and implement scalable, integrated enterprise solutions connecting property management, maintenance, CRM, ERP, and analytics systems. Develop architecture, data flow maps, and solution blueprints; lead design sessions, enable automation and cloud (Azure) solutions, support data strategy and change management, and advise stakeholders to improve operational performance and data integrity.

Support month-end close, prepare reconciliations and management reports, investigate variances, help allocate shared expenses, respond to auditors, document policies, and lead special accounting projects to improve processes and automation.
