Provide HR generalist support across employee relations, onboarding, performance management, leave and workers' comp administration, investigations, compliance, HRIS/Payroll coordination, policy development, and HR projects to improve employee experience and retention.

Lead high‑visibility, cross‑functional strategic programs from planning through execution. Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, resource and risk management, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement to deliver enterprise outcomes aligned with company goals.

Supervise the retention team to manage renewals, optimize staffing and processes, analyze performance, coach and train staff, handle case queue and leadership inbox, enforce policies, and support weekend coverage to maximize renewal percentages.
