Analyzes and optimizes service and property-turn workflows using SQL, Python, visualization tools, and data-informed methods. Defines metrics, translates business needs into analytical requirements, investigates root causes, evaluates workflow improvements, and partners with business and technical teams on scalable solutions. Presents findings to stakeholders and assesses AI or automation opportunities while considering accuracy, risk, cost, transparency, and human oversight.

Underwrite, diligence, negotiate, and make purchase decisions for single-family rental homes. Develop market-specific acquisition strategies, maintain a property pipeline, analyze market trends and investment opportunities, and recommend improvements to investment decisions and processes. The role requires collaboration with corporate and local stakeholders, strong financial analysis, independent problem-solving, and travel to assigned markets every six to eight weeks.

Underwrite build-to-rent acquisition opportunities, analyze market and proprietary data, generate offers, and prepare investment committee materials. The role manages BTR data collection, reporting, and market research while collaborating with investment, operations, and asset management teams. Responsibilities also include supporting project timelines and onboarding newly acquired residential portfolios.
