Build reusable AI developer tools, RAG knowledge systems, and AI-assisted SDLC workflows. Integrate coding assistants and design-to-code tooling, define secure observable patterns, and own reliability, usage, and cost for internal AI platforms.

Own and optimize the complete web conversion funnel from landing pages through payment and subscription. Design and analyze A/B tests, maintain and prioritize growth hypotheses, optimize pricing and subscription offers, align funnel changes with acquisition campaigns, and monitor conversion, ARPU, LTV, trial-to-paid, and churn metrics. Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and development teams in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Own the continuous improvement of customer-facing AI products by building evaluation frameworks, repeatable test sets, experiments, analytics, and quality-monitoring processes. Improve usefulness, consistency, reliability, latency, and cost while diagnosing failures across prompts, context, models, UX, and data. Partner with Product, Growth, Design, Engineering, QA, and Analytics to connect AI behavior to activation, conversion, retention, and satisfaction metrics in a remote, async environment.

Own business metrics, profitability analysis, reporting accuracy, and data quality across SaaS products. Partner with leadership, product, Finance, and Data Engineering to analyze pricing, customer journeys, marketing spend, churn, and product performance. Translate verified data into strategic recommendations, maintain BI reporting, define metric standards, and present insights to senior stakeholders in a fully remote, async environment.

Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform; build IaC and CI/CD pipelines; deploy and operate containerized apps (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS); monitor and improve reliability; automate operations with Bash or Python; collaborate with engineering teams and implement cloud security best practices.
