Own day-to-day payment operations across all PSPs: settlement monitoring, reconciliation, refunds, exception handling, and operational dashboards. Maintain a live pipeline of payment partners, source and qualify new PSPs/acquirers/APMs, lead initial commercial conversations, manage MID underwriting/KYB, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate cross-functionally with Risk, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering. Deliver SOPs, reliable dashboards, and measurable partnership wins while maintaining strict CRM discipline.

Own and improve the quality of AI-powered customer experiences by building evaluation frameworks, running experiments on prompts and model settings, reducing AI costs, diagnosing failure modes, and translating findings into prioritized fixes that drive activation, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.

Build a greenfield data platform and ingestion pipelines for payments, marketing, and operational data across AWS and GCP; implement a Lakehouse with medallion-layer transformations in dbt/SQLMesh (Redshift/BigQuery); own orchestration (Dagster/Airflow), lineage, backfills, retries, alerting; apply IaC with Terraform and cost controls; operate autonomously in a remote, async environment.

Build reusable AI developer tools, RAG knowledge systems, and AI-assisted SDLC workflows. Integrate coding assistants and design-to-code tooling, define secure observable patterns, and own reliability, usage, and cost for internal AI platforms.
