Build a greenfield data platform and unified Lakehouse integrating high-volume payment, marketing, and operational data across AWS and GCP. Design ingestion pipelines, create dbt medallion-layer transformations in BigQuery, and own Airflow orchestration, lineage, backfills, retries, alerting, infrastructure as code, and cost controls. The role requires autonomous ownership in a fully remote, asynchronous environment, with data mesh and Starburst Galaxy experience as preferred qualifications.

Lead and own voice and SMS support operations: manage BPO partners and teams, define quality standards and scripts, administer Zendesk, analyze KPIs and call quality, report to Head of Support, and drive channel improvements and escalations.

Own the multinational group’s global tax function and strategy, with a strong focus on Canadian and international tax. Lead cross-border planning, transfer pricing, intercompany arrangements, tax governance, compliance, audits, disputes, and adviser oversight. Advise executives on complex tax matters, identify risks and opportunities, and develop commercially practical, technically defensible structures. The role requires extensive senior-level experience with multinational organizations, Canadian tax, and international tax planning.

Lead conversion optimization across the web funnel (landing pages to checkout). Run end-to-end A/B tests, prioritize hypothesis backlog, optimize pricing/paywalls/subscriptions, collaborate with acquisition and product teams, and track funnel metrics (CR, ARPU, LTV, trial-to-paid, churn) to increase paid conversions.

Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform; build IaC and CI/CD pipelines; deploy and operate containerized apps (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS); monitor and improve reliability; automate operations with Bash or Python; collaborate with engineering teams and implement cloud security best practices.

Build reusable AI developer tools, RAG knowledge systems, and AI-assisted SDLC workflows. Integrate coding assistants and design-to-code tooling, define secure observable patterns, and own reliability, usage, and cost for internal AI platforms.

Own and improve the quality of AI-powered customer experiences by building evaluation frameworks, running experiments on prompts and model settings, reducing AI costs, diagnosing failure modes, and translating findings into prioritized fixes that drive activation, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
