Provides technical pre-sales and proof-of-concept support for managed detection and response services. Designs and delivers SIEM demonstrations, dashboards, reports, and security monitoring solutions; supports sales negotiations and technical escalations; assesses customer environments; communicates with technical and executive stakeholders; and facilitates transitions from sales to implementation. Requires cybersecurity expertise spanning SIEM, networks, endpoint security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, operating systems, databases, and enterprise architectures.

The Senior Revenue Accountant will manage global month-end close activities, including deferred revenue calculations, revenue and COGS allocation, ASC 606 accounting, GL support, financial analysis, commissions, and coordination with accounts receivable. The role requires international accounting expertise, multi-currency experience, advanced Excel and NetSuite skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and collaboration across time zones and cultures.

Generate leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging; research target markets; develop outreach cadences; craft sales messaging; coordinate exploratory calls with field sales representatives; support the full sales process; and build social media content and strategies that increase brand recognition and territory growth.

Serve as the EDR SME to improve endpoint visibility, detection, and prevention across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Build and enhance SOAR workflows/playbooks, define roadmaps for Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, and SentinelOne, collaborate with SOC and SIEM teams, maintain endpoint security tools, assist customers with threats, and escalate incidents via ITSM.
