Develops and executes a territory business plan to grow key accounts ($20K+), generate new business, cold call, close sales, service existing customers, prepare quotes/contracts, forecast sales, and increase margins through upselling and specification work. Hybrid role with required in-office days and travel to meet customers as needed.

Lead second-shift CNC machining operations: program, set up, and operate CNC equipment; inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM; assign jobs, train and coach team members; manage shift productivity, quality, safety, and process improvements.

Provide product information and pricing, prepare quotes, process orders and credits, resolve customer issues, prospect and grow accounts, coordinate with outside sales and purchasing, maintain sales documentation and reports, and present sales forecasts.

Manage and grow assigned territory by developing leads, cold calling, closing sales, servicing accounts, preparing quotes/contracts, and maintaining sales forecasts. Travel frequently for customer meetings and represent product lines to increase margin and market share.

Manage inside sales for distribution of engineering plastic shapes in the Singapore market. Handle customer inquiries, maintain relationships with local customers and suppliers, leverage knowledge of plastic materials and product types (sheets, rods, tubing, films), and support order processing and account management. Requires strong organization, integrity, and teamwork.

Operate and set up fabrication equipment to manufacture, form, finish, and assemble parts to specs. Perform cutting, routing, sanding, polishing, vacuum/drape forming, and packaging while maintaining safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Responsible for developing new leads, managing and growing assigned territory, closing sales, servicing existing accounts, creating business plans and quotes, and attending product meetings. Requires frequent travel and regular reporting of sales forecasts and itineraries.

Oversee CNC production operations: program Mastercam, set up Mazak/Haas machines, manage tooling and inventory, troubleshoot equipment/processes, schedule and supervise multi-shift staff, enforce quality and safety standards, compile production data, and lead continuous improvement.

Oversee day-to-day domestic and international transportation across multiple branches, manage carriers and contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, control freight costs, lead and develop a logistics team, standardize procedures, analyze freight trends, and support branch and warehouse operations to improve on-time delivery and reduce costs.

Process WIP orders in SYSPRO and LYNQ, read prints, break down materials, adjust usage and times, resolve inventory discrepancies, provide clerical support, communicate with operations/warehouse teams, and ensure accurate job documentation and problem resolution.

Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, routers and saws to machine plastic or metal parts to specification. Interpret drawings and setup sheets, perform inspections and gaging, adjust machines, perform maintenance, and report discrepancies. Must be forklift certified and able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Process WIP orders in SYSPRO, reconcile inventory discrepancies, support Production Manager and warehouse clerical tasks, communicate with machinists, purchasing, sales and vendors, ensure accurate job documentation and materials usage.

Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, routers, and saws to machine plastic or metal parts to specification. Interpret drawings and setup sheets, perform inspection and gaging, adjust and maintain machines, and report discrepancies. Work is on second shift with routine lifting and machine maintenance.

Support sales and Business Manager by entering and maintaining quotes, sales and purchase orders; manage order lifecycle in Order Desk and SYSPRO; assist with reporting, customer inquiries, RMAs, shipments, inventory checks, and cross-department coordination.

Set up, program, and operate CNC mills to machine plastic or metal parts to specifications. Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges and CMM. Monitor production, assign jobs, train and lead shift team members, ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and drive process improvements.

Provide product information, pricing and support to customers; maintain and grow existing accounts; generate new business via outbound calls and quotes; process orders/credits; coordinate with outside sales, purchasing and vendors; prepare sales reports, budgets, and attend product education and branch meetings.

Set up fixtures and operate cutting, routing, finishing, forming, and assembly equipment for plastic parts. Perform packaging, basic troubleshooting, and machine maintenance while following safety and inventory procedures.

Sell and support distribution of high-performance plastic shapes to Singapore customers. Manage inside-sales activities, liaise with suppliers and local clients, use product knowledge to recommend materials, and maintain organized, trustworthy customer service in a fast-growing distributor.

Program and optimize CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam and Onsrud routers; perform CNC setup, troubleshoot machines, analyze drawings, write setup instructions and tool lists, run trial operations, perform quality checks, and create job travelers for precision parts manufacturing.
