Processes work-in-progress orders in SYSPRO, including material usage, operation time, goods receipts, and job documentation. Resolves inventory discrepancies, supports production and warehouse administration, communicates with internal teams and vendors, and reports production progress or issues. The role requires reading prints, understanding machine and material usage, maintaining accurate job details, and occasional travel to other branches.

Sets up, programs, and operates CNC mills, lathes, routers, and saws to machine plastic or metal parts. Interprets technical drawings and setup instructions, attaches fixtures, adjusts machines, performs inspections and measurements, identifies discrepancies, and conducts cleaning and maintenance. This is a full-time third-shift position scheduled Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Leads second-shift CNC machining operations by programming, setting up, and operating equipment; inspecting parts for tolerance compliance; monitoring production, quality, scrap, and housekeeping; assigning jobs and machines; conducting shift handoffs; coaching team members; and supporting process improvements and workplace safety.

Handle customer inquiries, maintain relationships with local customers and suppliers, leverage knowledge of plastic materials and product types (sheets, rods, tubing, films), and support order processing and account management. Requires strong organization, integrity, and teamwork.
