Process WIP orders in SYSPRO and LYNQ, read prints, break down materials, adjust usage and times, resolve inventory discrepancies, provide clerical support, communicate with operations/warehouse teams, and ensure accurate job documentation and problem resolution.

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and quotes for engineering plastic products; calculate and negotiate pricing and terms; maintain orders and documentation; source materials from vendors; support outside sales and management; pursue new business and follow up on quotes; provide weekly sales reports and participate in product education and branch sales meetings.

Develop and execute territory business plans to acquire and service accounts, close sales, increase margins, produce quotes/contracts, maintain forecasts and reports, and travel as needed to grow plastics distribution business.
