Manages and grows customer accounts by providing product information, quotes, pricing, order support, and problem resolution. Prospects for new business, follows up on quotes, sources materials, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and supports outside sales. The role also prepares sales summaries, contributes to budget forecasts, attends sales meetings, and maintains product knowledge.

Designs, optimizes, and maintains CNC manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and workflows. Develops and modifies CNC programs for mills, lathes, and routers; troubleshoots production issues; creates setup instructions, tool lists, job travelers, and manufacturing operations. Analyzes engineering drawings, supports technical modeling, trains staff on CNC operations, improves cycle times, and assists with lean manufacturing cell design.

Provides administrative and office support for a branch, including phone and visitor management, invoicing, credit and payment processing, inventory records, purchase orders, ERP data entry, payroll time tracking, vendor invoices, customer requests, bank deposits, petty cash, office supplies, and facility maintenance coordination.
