Own and grow strategic channel and delivery partner relationships across North America and the US Public Sector. Recruit, onboard, enable, and activate partners; develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies; collaborate with sales to accelerate pipeline and revenue; lead executive partner reviews; track performance through CRM and PRM platforms; and provide regional market insights to influence global partner programs.

Design and govern Procore’s global partner program architecture, including segmentation, tiering, discount models, incentives, MDF budgets, profitability modeling, and program policies. Lead annual program refreshes, competitive benchmarking, cross-functional change management, and partner performance reporting. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, RevOps, Enablement, and Marketing to optimize ecosystem growth, profitability, and operational consistency across global channels.

Leads company-wide technical strategy and architecture for foundational construction workflow platform services. Establishes standards, reference patterns, and multi-year technology vision across distributed systems, data, web, mobile, APIs, and AI-native architectures. Remains hands-on for high-impact prototypes and critical initiatives while mentoring senior engineers, driving architecture reviews, and influencing executives and engineering divisions. Partners with product, UX, business, and executive leaders to align technology strategy and deliver scalable, resilient systems.
