Own Toolshed, Procore’s internal AI marketplace, and its analytics products. Manage the roadmap, catalog, contributor community, telemetry, data pipelines, visualization, and measurement strategy. Partner with engineering, data teams, product leadership, and executives to expand AI adoption, assess impact on work quality and efficiency, and establish reliable metrics. Prototype and build with AI agents while shaping platform architecture, governance, and user experiences.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Procore Scheduling’s in-product schedule experience. Conduct customer discovery, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and lead Design and Engineering partnerships. Manage releases from beta through general availability, drive adoption with go-to-market teams, measure customer and business outcomes, and mentor product managers. The role focuses on construction scheduling workflows, collaboration, integrations, and lookahead planning.

Acquire new enterprise customers for Procore’s construction management software across Western Canada. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, consultative solution selling, product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM maintenance, and coordinating with SDRs, solutions engineers, and account managers. The role requires consistently exceeding quotas, developing executive relationships, managing complex multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles, and growing new-logo revenue.
