The Senior Vision AI Engineer will develop and deploy computer vision and machine learning models, create optimized vision pipelines, and mentor junior engineers, focusing on industrial applications.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Linque's industrial AI platform portfolio (VisionAI, AIME, Mobius). Translate customer and market insights into product requirements, drive VisionAI productization and commercialization, coordinate cross-functional delivery, enable sales and launch activities, and ensure scalable, supportable platform offerings aligned with business priorities.

Manage and grow industrial client accounts for Emerson automation products. Build customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, provide technical consultative guidance, develop and execute sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, negotiate contracts, and support customers across process industries. Travel ~50% within the territory.

Design, develop, implement, and support Ignition HMI/SCADA and industrial automation solutions. Integrate SCADA with PLCs, historians, databases, and enterprise systems. Troubleshoot PLC/SCADA/network issues, support upgrades and lifecycle activities, participate in projects from requirements through commissioning, produce technical documentation, and provide customer-facing training and support, including validation/compliance in regulated environments when required.

Coordinate and support training programs, design and update learning content with SMEs, administer the LMS, provide technical support, generate reports, and analyze training effectiveness to improve learning outcomes.

Drive growth for Proconex Site Services by generating leads, qualifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with Operations and Recruiting to deliver staffing and managed-service solutions and expand accounts.

Own Linque product marketing and go-to-market strategy for AI-powered machine vision solutions. Drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and sales enablement through multi-channel campaigns, content, and analytics. Partner with product, sales, engineering, and marketing to launch products, capture market insights, support events, and create customer-facing collateral that translates technical capabilities into business value.

Provide technical support and solutions for valves, flow control, and process automation. Develop demos and training, analyze customer needs, collaborate with engineering, prepare technical documentation, and participate in product testing and validation to support sales efforts.

Develop and maintain 2D electro-mechanical and hardware design packages for automation control systems and valve/equipment assemblies. Support CAD documentation, civil/architectural updates, procurement, fabrication, HFAT, BOMs, and integration designs while collaborating with engineering, CAD, fabrication, automation, and project teams.
