Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales Engineers to drive demand generation, manage pipeline health and quota attainment, optimize sales processes, produce forecasts and reporting, and support professional development and performance management to expand managed accounts in industrial markets.

Provide technical sales support for flow control products: deliver demos and training, analyze customer requirements, propose solutions, produce documentation, assist product testing, and collaborate with engineering and product management.

Provide technical support and account management for Emerson flow control products. Prepare quotes, process orders in ERP, follow up with customers, collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing, and participate in sales and technical training to grow existing accounts.

Support early-career recruiting, campus engagement, onboarding, HR operations, employee records, and engagement programs. Coordinate internships, represent the company at campus events, manage new-hire orientation, maintain HR data, and assist HR projects to strengthen company culture.

Coordinate and support training programs, design and update learning content with SMEs, administer the LMS, provide technical support, generate reports, and analyze training effectiveness to improve learning outcomes.
