Regular travel to customer sites is required.

Drive data center market growth across the Mid-Atlantic by developing sales strategies, identifying and closing complex technical solution opportunities, managing accounts and forecasts, negotiating agreements, and expanding lifecycle services. Build relationships with data center owners, developers, engineers, contractors, OEMs, and technology partners while coordinating with engineering, project execution, service, legal, and finance teams.

Designs, develops, integrates, troubleshoots, and supports Ignition SCADA, PLC, HMI, database, network, and industrial automation systems. The role covers requirements gathering, system design, testing, commissioning, upgrades, validation, documentation, customer support, training, and lifecycle management across manufacturing and regulated environments. The engineer collaborates with operations, engineering, maintenance, IT, OT, and quality teams to improve system reliability, efficiency, and production performance.

Supports sales operations, customer order execution, and project coordination. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, quotations, order entry, change orders, ERP transactions, shipment expediting, customer records, documentation, reporting, training logistics, inventory and shipping coordination, and customer inquiries. The role collaborates with sales engineers, suppliers, purchasing, operations, and customers to resolve issues, meet delivery commitments, maintain accurate records, and improve processes.

Translate customer and market insights into product requirements, drive VisionAI productization and commercialization, coordinate cross-functional delivery, enable sales and launch activities, and ensure scalable, supportable platform offerings aligned with business priorities.

Provide technical support and solutions for valves, flow control, and process automation. Develop demos and training, analyze customer needs, collaborate with engineering, prepare technical documentation, and participate in product testing and validation to support sales efforts.
