Supports sales operations, customer order execution, and project coordination. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, quotations, order entry, change orders, ERP transactions, shipment expediting, customer records, documentation, reporting, training logistics, inventory and shipping coordination, and customer inquiries. The role collaborates with sales engineers, suppliers, purchasing, operations, and customers to resolve issues, meet delivery commitments, maintain accurate records, and improve processes.

Provides day-to-day support for Emerson DeltaV automation systems in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Troubleshoots production-impacting controls issues, configures control modules, graphics, equipment modules, and batch systems, and supports change controls, upgrades, testing, validation, and implementation. Partners with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to maintain system reliability and represents Proconex as an onsite technical resource.
