Analyzes and improves business processes, optimizes ERP and enterprise applications, develops dashboards and reports, supports automation and digital transformation, and translates business needs into technology solutions. The role gathers requirements, facilitates testing and change management, supports user adoption, evaluates AI-enabled tools, and partners with stakeholders across departments to improve efficiency, data quality, visibility, and decision-making.

Leads enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and employee technology support. Manages IT teams, vendors, operational priorities, incidents, security initiatives, infrastructure reliability, disaster recovery, service-level performance, and continuous improvement. Oversees budgets, resource planning, automation, KPI reporting, and technology modernization while partnering with business and technology leaders.

Provides field-based engineering services for industrial automation systems, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, software installation, upgrades, migrations, configuration, testing, commissioning, and startup support. The role supports lifecycle planning, technical documentation, customer communication, cybersecurity, safety, and on-call service activities while developing expertise under senior engineers. Regular travel to customer sites is required.
