Serve as Probook’s first designer, owning UI/UX across its web app, mobile app, and Chrome extension. Own the full post-sale deployment lifecycle for new SaaS customers, including kickoff calls, project planning, stakeholder communication, troubleshooting, user training, adoption, risk management, and handoff to Customer Success. The role requires independently managing concurrent implementations, meeting go-live deadlines, translating technical details for stakeholders, and providing product feedback based on deployment patterns.

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, and collaborating with teams to close deals in an early-stage environment.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for home-services AI platform: prospecting, discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and close. Manage territory and pipeline, plan accounts, collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers and Professional Services, and maintain client relationships through close, renewal, and expansion. Hit quota, operate autonomously in an early-stage environment, and translate complex workflow technology into business value for non-technical operators.

Own technical pre-sales for Probook: run tailored demos, build POCs, quantify ROI, and partner with AEs to close B2B SaaS deals. Act as trusted technical advisor and produce sales assets.

Lead Probook's positioning, messaging, and GTM for enterprise vertical SaaS. Own sales enablement, competitive intelligence, pricing/packaging, vertical narratives, and product launch execution while partnering with Sales, Engineering, and founders to improve win rates and deal velocity.

Own end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events (trade shows, dinners, customer gatherings). Manage logistics, vendors, swag, budgets, attendee experience, measurement, and speaker pipeline while partnering with Growth to optimize event-driven pipeline and engagement.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll architect and deploy AI systems, integrate frameworks, and collaborate with customers to enhance the platform's capabilities.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead product development for AI solutions, define technical standards, and ensure product quality while driving significant business growth and customer impact.

The Sales Development Representative will generate leads through cold outreach, qualify opportunities, and maintain CRM records while supporting the enterprise AE team.
