Build and own Probook's end-to-end recruiting function: design intake, scorecards, SLAs, evaluation rubrics, and ATS hygiene; source and close marquee technical and leadership hires; create employer brand and engineering top-of-funnel; manage and develop recruiters; and ensure consistent hiring quality across functions during scale.

Lead Probook's positioning, messaging, and GTM for enterprise vertical SaaS. Own sales enablement, competitive intelligence, pricing/packaging, vertical narratives, and product launch execution while partnering with Sales, Engineering, and founders to improve win rates and deal velocity.
