The FP&A Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, and integrated three-statement modeling while partnering with business leaders on financial performance, expenses, headcount, and operating decisions. The role will modernize reporting, develop dashboards, coordinate executive and board reporting, improve Workday Adaptive Planning processes, and introduce automation and AI-enabled workflows. The manager will collaborate with Accounting and senior stakeholders to strengthen scalable financial planning and analysis capabilities.

Supports the Account Management team through administrative and transactional work, client support, meeting and renewal preparation, Salesforce data improvement, and reporting. The role manages smaller revenue-generating clients while developing account management expertise and taking on increasing responsibility. Success requires strong organization, proactive communication, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to learn quickly in a growing remote environment.

Drive new business across a defined region by selling PHM’s employer solutions to employers, brokers, consultants, TPAs, and captive insurers. Build and execute territory and GTM strategies, develop pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Serve as a market expert and voice of the customer to influence product and strategy while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
