Drive new business across a defined region by selling PHM’s employer solutions to employers, brokers, consultants, TPAs, and captive insurers. Build and execute territory and GTM strategies, develop pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Serve as a market expert and voice of the customer to influence product and strategy while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Lead BizOps product efforts for Commercial teams: standardize processes, improve data and systems (Salesforce/HubSpot/ServiceNow), design and deploy AI-powered tools, and build scalable operating models with cross-functional stakeholders.
