Lead and grow prison ministry in Virginia by equipping and mobilizing churches, recruiting and coaching volunteer teams, building relationships with pastors, corrections staff, and chaplains, and implementing Prison Fellowship Academy curriculum and in-prison events. Remote role requiring extensive regional travel and residency in Virginia.

Lead day-to-day operations of a men's prison academy at Lexington Assessment and Reception Center. Manage staff and budget, deliver classroom curriculum, provide case planning and management, recruit and oversee participants and volunteers, and coordinate with corrections leadership to ensure policy compliance and program success.

Lead day-to-day operations of a men's in-prison Academy program: deliver classroom curriculum, provide case planning and management, recruit/select participants and volunteers, manage staff and budget, and coordinate with Department of Corrections, wardens, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure program compliance and effectiveness.

Lead state-level policy campaigns in Ohio and Michigan, build relationships with policymakers and coalition partners, recruit and engage grassroots and grasstops, draft legislation and testimony, represent the organization at events (including in-prison meetings), and travel up to 50% while supporting the ministry's Christian mission.

Lead day-to-day operations of a men's prison academy program at Ware State Prison, delivering curriculum and case management, recruiting participants and volunteers, managing staff and budget, and coordinating with Department of Corrections and stakeholders to ensure program compliance and effectiveness.
