Manage email and SMS marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation, personalized customer journeys, CRM segmentation, and cross-channel campaigns. Analyze performance, testing results, deliverability, and audience data to improve engagement. Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, ministry, IT, and analytics teams, while coaching one direct report and supporting platform integrations and data quality.

Leads the full grant lifecycle, coordinating proposal development, submissions, award administration, reporting, and closeout. Manages timelines, stakeholders, documentation, funder portals, and grant records across Salesforce, SharePoint, and tracking systems. Conducts foundation prospect research, supports pipeline development, identifies risks, and improves grant processes. The role requires strong project management, communication, organization, data accuracy, confidentiality, and cross-functional accountability without direct supervision.

Designs and develops eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual training, job aids, assessments, and other learning experiences for staff, volunteers, program participants, and partners. Analyzes performance gaps and learner needs, defines measurable objectives, collaborates with subject matter experts and creative teams, supports project planning, facilitates training, and administers learning platforms.
