Manage customer printing jobs from estimating and order entry through production, delivery, and invoicing. Prepare estimates, coordinate vendors and purchasing, enter and update job information, manage proofs and change orders, monitor production deadlines, and approve completed jobs for invoicing. The role requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving in a fast-paced print production environment.

Supports customers, Sales, and Production throughout the commercial print order lifecycle. Responsibilities include order entry, ERP/MIS data maintenance, inventory replenishment, proof and specification review, production coordination, customer communication, issue resolution, and process improvement. The role is an entry point into client services and account management, with opportunities to assume greater account responsibility.

Build and maintain a book of business by prospecting, developing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and selling company services. The Account Executive manages customer requirements, coordinates internal teams, sets sales goals, conducts Quarterly Business Reviews, identifies growth opportunities, and proactively resolves threats. The role requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, leadership, Microsoft Office and HubSpot proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
