Operate and maintain an 8-color Komori sheet-fed HUV double-coater press. Monitor and maintain E.C./U.V. curing systems and color control (CCS, SID). Interpret trapping, gray balance, and dot gain; run jobs per ticket; perform routine mechanical maintenance; uphold quality, safety, and housekeeping standards; assist production tasks.

Support setup, operation, and maintenance of a Komori or similar 40" offset press. Prepare materials, monitor print quality, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and meet production schedules while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Outside sales representative responsible for prospecting and expanding client relationships for print, signage, and branding solutions. Meet monthly sales targets, deliver consultative presentations and proposals, collaborate with internal teams and marketing, attend events, and provide ongoing post-sale account management to drive repeat business.

Generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold outreach, prospecting, research, and networking. Qualify leads, conduct discovery conversations, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain HubSpot CRM, and meet outbound activity and meeting goals.

Coordinate scheduling and execution of large-format graphic and signage installations. Book and equip installers, generate estimates, conduct site surveys and inspections, recruit talent, manage records, rent equipment, purchase hardware, and maintain installation policies and margins while communicating with project teams and clients.

Assist setup and operation of bindery equipment, perform quality checks, support operators with make-ready and changeovers, move and bundle printed materials, maintain a safe workspace, troubleshoot basic issues, and work overtime as needed.

Lead on-site safety program across four pillars: culture, hazards/audits/inspections, training, and programs/SOPs/equipment compliance. Conduct hazard assessments, audits, and track corrective actions to closure. Deliver and coordinate hands-on safety training and documentation. Maintain and develop OSHA-based policies and plant-specific SOPs tailored to printing plant equipment and workflows to reduce incidents and ensure audit readiness.

Prepare, preflight, and optimize customer artwork for large-format print. Troubleshoot file and RIP issues, set up print-ready files, create cut paths and finishing marks, manage digital job files, optimize layouts, perform quality control, and coordinate with production teams for on-time delivery.

Set up and process variable-data mailing jobs: read job tickets, manipulate data in Excel, create templates, perform merges and outputs, ensure USPS compliance, support customers, streamline mailing procedures, and maintain quality standards.

Provide high-quality customer support across phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues, handle moderate call volume, document interactions in internal systems, collaborate with teams, and maintain service standards while identifying process improvements.

Serve as primary client service contact across sales and production. Open and track jobs in the ERP (Pace), review proofs, communicate updates and approvals to clients, prepare internal job documentation, coordinate with production departments, submit estimate requests, and support other account managers to ensure timely, accurate project completion.
