Troubleshoot file and RIP issues, set up print-ready files, create cut paths and finishing marks, manage digital job files, optimize layouts, perform quality control, and coordinate with production teams for on-time delivery.

Assist setup and operation of bindery equipment, perform quality checks, support operators with make-ready and changeovers, move and bundle printed materials, maintain a safe workspace, troubleshoot basic issues, and work overtime as needed.

Generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold outreach, prospecting, research, and networking. Qualify leads, conduct discovery conversations, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain HubSpot CRM, and meet outbound activity and meeting goals.
