Build and maintain a book of business by prospecting, developing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and selling company services. The Account Executive manages customer requirements, coordinates internal teams, sets sales goals, conducts Quarterly Business Reviews, identifies growth opportunities, and proactively resolves threats. The role requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, leadership, Microsoft Office and HubSpot proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Coordinate and track mailing and digital print projects, schedule and prioritize jobs, maintain production documentation, ensure USPS compliance and quality checks, communicate status to Account Managers, generate operational reports, and support process improvements to meet deadlines and operational goals.

Prepare, preflight, and optimize customer artwork for large-format print. Troubleshoot file and RIP issues, set up print-ready files, create cut paths and finishing marks, manage digital job files, optimize layouts, perform quality control, and coordinate with production teams for on-time delivery.
