The EMS Educator instructs new employee orientations, oversees certification trainings, tracks staff education progress, and ensures compliance with protocols. Serve as primary liaison between EMS and hospitals, building relationships with hospital staff, resolving service issues, supporting business development, coordinating clinical and operational initiatives, tracking referral and satisfaction metrics, and representing the organization at community and professional events.

Lead and transform enterprise procurement into a strategic, data-driven function. Own Coupa and procurement systems, optimize workflows, manage supplier relationships, develop category strategies, lead a team of procurement leads, deliver reporting/analytics, and drive change management to improve spend visibility, controls, inventory, and operational support across a decentralized organization.

Provides day-to-day scheduling support for local operations: maintains staff roster, fills planned and unplanned shifts, documents activities in the HRIS scheduling module, serves as liaison between operations and dispatch, ensures compliance (HIPAA, security), maintains training/certifications, and delivers customer service in a 24/7 office/communications environment.

Supervise stockroom operations: receive, store, issue, and track inventory; maintain records and inventory levels; manage vendor relations, pricing, and invoice processing; ensure safety, compliance, and supply deliveries.
