Provides Level 1 and 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers, printers, networks, and business applications. Administers Windows, Apple, and mobile environments, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Installs software, security patches, and application packages; troubleshoots wired, wireless, and VPN connectivity; documents tickets; and supports end users across office, operational, and clinical environments. Some travel and on-call participation are required.

Supports corporate tax accounting across domestic partnerships and corporations, including income tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, reconciliations, disclosures, cash tax forecasting, direct and indirect tax compliance, audits, tax research, and M&A tax due diligence. Reviews external advisor work, prepares taxable income and estimated payments, maintains tax schedules, and collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Legal, operational teams, and external tax advisors.

Provides day-to-day administrative support for local operations, including mail processing, invoice coordination, petty cash reconciliation, phone coverage, dispatch backup, billing documentation, patient information research, and secure maintenance of billing and patient care records. The role requires compliance with HIPAA and company policies, strong organization, communication, multitasking, prioritization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Oversees regional human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, staffing, payroll, employee records, benefits, performance management, certifications, compliance, and employee concerns. Manages HR and payroll systems, supports operational leaders, ensures adherence to company policies and employment regulations, maintains confidentiality of employee and patient information, and supervises and mentors staff. The role reports to regional leadership and requires travel as needed.

Oversees day-to-day HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, staffing, employee relations, payroll and HR systems, compliance, performance support, certifications, and personnel records. Provides guidance to leaders and field staff on pay, benefits, policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining employee and patient information security. Supervises and mentors staff, manages competing priorities, and collaborates with regional and executive leadership.

Coordinates regional training programs, onboarding, curricula, assessments, learning metrics, LMS records, and compliance audits. Facilitates employee orientation and EMS education, supports instructor development, identifies credentialing gaps, and recommends improvements to learning methods and materials. Partners with operations, HR, and EMS leadership on workforce initiatives and training consistency. Requires regular travel to company locations and may involve occasional evenings, weekends, or overnight travel.

Manages enterprise HR compliance, credential and certification tracking, annual training coordination, audit readiness, and workforce records. Partners with HR, compliance, clinical, and operational leaders to ensure employment-law, licensing, training, I-9, E-Verify, and contractual requirements are met. Maintains HRIS and learning-system data, produces reports, identifies compliance gaps, escalates risks, supports employee relations, and recommends improvements based on workforce trends.

Oversees EMS education, new employee orientation, continuing education, certification and licensure tracking, and employee training programs. Coordinates EMS Academy instruction, maintains training records, conducts competency assessments, and develops annual training plans. Works with medical and operations leaders on patient care documentation, protocol compliance, and regulatory requirements. Participates in EMS recruitment and mentors staff while managing training budgets, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.

Leads multi-site EMS business operations across a regional territory, overseeing operational performance, compliance, quality, safety, staffing, budgets, profit and loss, vendors, marketing, and customer service. Partners with executive leadership on strategic planning and financial management, directs department leaders and field staff, ensures regulatory and clinical-protocol compliance, and represents the organization with stakeholders. Regular regional travel is required.

The Logistics Officer manages supplies and readiness of Central vehicles, oversees ordering/receiving of equipment, tracks assets, and ensures compliance with regulations.
