Support EMTs and paramedics by driving ambulances, performing CPR, maintaining equipment and documentation, ensuring HIPAA compliance, following medical protocols, completing mandatory training, and delivering patient-focused customer service.

Provides emergency and non-emergency patient care under medical director protocols. Responds to dispatched calls, maintains ambulance equipment and vehicle readiness, completes patient care and incident documentation, follows Georgia EMS regulations, and supports crew compliance with company policies. Requires ongoing training, professional conduct, reliable attendance, and physical ability to perform job duties.

Supervises EMS operations across multiple shifts while performing paramedic duties and direct emergency and non-emergency patient care. Responsibilities include deployment readiness, crew and vehicle audits, staffing, documentation review, equipment management, compliance enforcement, crisis response, dispatch coordination, and employee accountability. The role requires local travel between stations and field sites, operation of ambulances, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
