Leads the project management function for a power infrastructure services firm. Oversees PM staff development, project delivery, client satisfaction, budgets, resource planning, standards, forecasting, risk management, and proposal support. Establishes consistent methodologies, improves processes, supports business development, and ensures projects meet contractual, financial, safety, and quality objectives.
