Lead and supervise shipboard security operations including gangway access control, CCTV and equipment maintenance, investigations, training, ISPS/CVSSA compliance, visitor management, incident reporting, and staff development to maintain a safe, secure cruise environment.

Design and deliver shipboard learning and leadership development programs; assess needs, facilitate workshops and briefings, pilot training with HR, evaluate effectiveness using data, manage enrollment and post-training evaluations, and support organizational change and adoption.

Supervise housekeeping operations for guest, officer, and public areas onboard; enforce cleanliness, public health standards, quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and use of onboard housekeeping tools while supporting Rooms Division leadership.
