Designs and creates themed ice sculptures using specialized carving tools and techniques. Collaborates with chefs, event planners, and team members, then transports and installs sculptures while preserving structural integrity. Maintains tools, equipment, and ice storage conditions; follows safety protocols and meets deadlines. The role requires artistic skill, physical stamina, cold-environment tolerance, heavy lifting ability, guest-service orientation, and fluent English. Cruise ship experience is strongly recommended.

Cleans and sanitizes galley equipment and service areas, performs deep cleaning, recycles equipment, assists with food delivery unloading and storage, reports defects, and follows sanitation, environmental, safety, and emergency procedures. The role requires teamwork, physical strength, professionalism, and effective communication within a multicultural cruise ship environment.

Provides courteous food and beverage service in a cruise ship buffet area. Responsibilities include setting up, presenting, maintaining, restocking, clearing, and cleaning the service area; delivering orders; answering menu questions; and resolving guest requests. The role requires fine-dining or large hotel/resort experience, English fluency, knowledge of international cuisine and basic wine, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods and move heavy items.
