Owns end-to-end biweekly payroll and benefits administration for six multi-state manufacturing locations. Administers ADP Workforce Now and TLM, manages complex overtime and shift-differential calculations, oversees benefits and open enrollment, ensures FLSA and ACA compliance, supports audits, maintains vendor file feeds and data integrity, and resolves employee payroll and benefits issues. Produces labor-cost reports and strengthens internal controls and audit readiness.

Leads procurement, material planning, inventory management, and ERP effectiveness across multiple precision manufacturing sites. Develops supply chain strategy, reduces raw material and tooling costs, improves inventory turns and material availability, manages supplier contracts and performance, and serves as the Epicor Kinetic ERP subject matter expert. Partners with manufacturing, finance, sales, quality, business unit leaders, and executives while developing teams and driving continuous improvement.

Program, optimize, and validate 3–5-axis vertical and horizontal machining center programs using Mastercam. Develop fixtures, tooling strategies, setup documentation, and SolidWorks layouts; support shop-floor setups and prove-outs; troubleshoot machining issues; use probing cycles and Macro B programming; estimate cycle times and fixture costs; and drive improvements in quality, cycle time, tool life, and production readiness. Frequent travel of up to 50% between domestic facilities is required.

Own customer programs from internal handoff through production and delivery. Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, suppliers, and customers; manage schedules, milestones, requirements, risks, documentation, changes, and issue resolution. Support program launches, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and material-flow continuity in a manufacturing environment. Travel to facilities and customer sites up to 40%.

Lead the quality team to maintain ISO 9001:2015/AS9100 compliance, manage audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, metrology/CMM activities, and drive continuous improvement across a precision metal machining operation.

Support and maintain the QMS and AS9100 standard; conduct and review PPAP/FAI, capability studies (CPK), FMEA, MRB actions, audits, and quality data analysis. Work with Engineering, Production, Purchasing on corrective actions and supplier issues, lead AS9100 audits, develop inspection/test methods, and oversee a quality supervisor.
