Analyzes and improves manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality processes while optimizing the Epicor ERP platform. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP development, ERP configuration support, reporting, data analysis, UAT, training, and change management. The role partners with stakeholders to standardize workflows, improve data quality, automate manual processes, and increase operational efficiency across contract manufacturing operations.

Supports and optimizes the Epicor ERP system, resolves user and data issues, configures workflows, and supports upgrades and integrations. Develops dashboards, reports, SQL queries, data extracts, and automated reporting solutions using BI tools. Ensures data integrity, defines KPIs, trains users, maintains documentation, and partners with departments across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, sales, and HR to improve processes and decision-making.

Prepares cost estimates and quotations for contract machining projects by reviewing RFQs, drawings, specifications, materials, labor, outside processes, and manufacturing requirements. Uses Epicor ERP, Excel, and related systems to calculate costs, maintain estimate records, and monitor pricing. Collaborates with engineering, purchasing, sales, production, suppliers, and customers to confirm manufacturability, resolve technical issues, improve design efficiency, and support profitable pricing.

Support and maintain the QMS and AS9100 standard; conduct and review PPAP/FAI, capability studies (CPK), FMEA, MRB actions, audits, and quality data analysis. Work with Engineering, Production, Purchasing on corrective actions and supplier issues, lead AS9100 audits, develop inspection/test methods, and oversee a quality supervisor.
