Manage day-to-day IT support and infrastructure operations, lead MSP/vendor relationships, provide hands-on troubleshooting for endpoints, servers, networks and cloud, develop automation/tools, and drive service improvements and projects to meet SLAs and availability targets.

Lead the quality team to maintain ISO 9001:2015/AS9100 compliance, manage audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, metrology/CMM activities, and drive continuous improvement across a precision metal machining operation.

Lead daily powder coating operations including personnel coordination, workflow management, quality assurance, equipment/process control, inventory management, safety, and continuous improvement to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.

Program, optimize, and validate CNC programs for 3-5 axis vertical and horizontal machining centers using CAD/CAM. Interpret drawings and 3D models, design fixtures, select tooling and parameters, support shop-floor setup and prove-out, use probing and Macro B, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain documentation, collaborate with engineering/production/quality, and drive process improvements to reach production readiness.
