Support and maintain the QMS and AS9100 standard; conduct and review PPAP/FAI, capability studies (CPK), FMEA, MRB actions, audits, and quality data analysis. Work with Engineering, Production, Purchasing on corrective actions and supplier issues, lead AS9100 audits, develop inspection/test methods, and oversee a quality supervisor.

Provide entry-level clerical support for a manufacturing job shop: data entry, filing, scanning, document preparation, and basic support for purchasing, shipping, receiving, quality, and production teams while following safety and confidentiality procedures.

Manage day-to-day IT support and infrastructure operations, lead MSP/vendor relationships, provide hands-on troubleshooting for endpoints, servers, networks and cloud, develop automation/tools, and drive service improvements and projects to meet SLAs and availability targets.
