Directs operations across multiple credit union branches, overseeing branch managers, member service, budgets, financial goals, lending practices, compliance, staffing, training, vendor relationships, and policy implementation. Ensures consistent, efficient, and compliant branch performance while supporting audits, fraud investigations, complaint resolution, and organizational strategy. Requires regular branch visits and travel.

Processes electronic payment exceptions, wires, ACH transactions, card services, ATM activity, and digital payment products. Provides phone and email support, troubleshoots member issues, monitors electronic channels, balances general ledger accounts, prepares reports, tracks vendor billing, supports fraud prevention, maintains procedures, and coordinates with IT and third-party partners on system updates and enhancements.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels; manage budgets, audiences, bidding, tracking (GA4/GTM), and reporting; develop email nurture workflows and collaborate on creative, website SEO/AEO, attribution, and stakeholder dashboards to meet KPIs.
