Responsibilities include procurement, vendor management, contract approvals, installation tracking, issue resolution, customer updates, and comparing actual costs against budgets.

Owns QA/QC verification for data center equipment throughout the lifecycle, from factory acceptance testing through installation, energization, integrated systems testing, and operational turnover. Manages factory visits, documentation audits, equipment tagging, discrepancy resolution, root cause analysis, corrective actions, material condition reporting, and lessons learned. Coordinates with procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning, general contractors, and site operations to ensure objective quality evidence, accountability, and complete issue closure.

Owns end-to-end project procurement for regional data center construction, including budgets, RFPs, vendor selection, purchase orders, technical submittals, supply chain risk reporting, logistics, delivery tracking, startup, commissioning, and closeout documentation. Coordinates across construction, engineering, finance, vendors, and commissioning teams while monitoring costs, schedules, and long-lead equipment.

Leads electrical design for data center tenant fit-outs, including power distribution, PDUs, busway, remote power panels, circuit whips, load calculations, and infrastructure tie-ins. Manages and mentors electrical designers and engineers, reviews drawings and specifications, coordinates multidisciplinary designs, supports commissioning, resolves field issues, and maintains electrical design standards. Requires extensive electrical design experience, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.

Supports project managers with planning and delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects. Coordinates documentation, schedules, budgets, procurement, contractors, vendors, meetings, reporting, risk tracking, quality assurance, commissioning, and closeout activities. Maintains project records, monitors milestones and costs, communicates status to stakeholders, and helps ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Leads mechanical engineering and design for data center tenant fit-outs, including cooling distribution, containment, airflow management, capacity coordination, and code compliance. Manages and mentors mechanical engineers and designers, reviews technical deliverables, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, supports commissioning, resolves field issues, and maintains design standards for tenant fit-out scopes.

Leads mechanical design for data center tenant fit-outs, including cooling distribution, containment, airflow management, and capacity coordination. Manages mechanical designers and engineers, reviews drawings and calculations, translates customer requirements into code-compliant designs, and coordinates with electrical, structural, BIM, and estimating teams. Supports commissioning, resolves field issues, and maintains mechanical standards and design guidelines.

Leads technical solutioning for hyperscale data center customers, including RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, CFD interpretation, power and cooling design, Bluebeam reviews, and client presentations. Supports construction delivery, project cost and schedule tracking, OFCI equipment coordination, sourcing, technical content, Salesforce data maintenance, and mentoring. Requires strong data center engineering expertise, direct hyperscale customer experience, and moderate travel.

Leads electrical engineering and design for data center tenant fit-outs, including power distribution, load sizing, redundancy, metering, and code compliance. Manages and mentors electrical designers and engineers, reviews technical drawings and calculations, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, supports commissioning, resolves field issues, and maintains electrical design standards and specifications.

Leads the tenant fit-out engineering organization responsible for designing and delivering customer-specific data center deployment solutions. Oversees electrical, mechanical, structural, technical, pre-construction, BIM, and estimating teams. Owns white-space design, rack layouts, power and cooling distribution, cabling, customer equipment integration, budgets, staffing, schedules, and technical risk management. Partners with customers and base-build engineering teams to deliver code-compliant, constructible designs aligned with facility infrastructure.

Provides electrical engineering support for data center design, construction, expansions, retrofits, and upgrades. Oversees and develops systems, network, and helpdesk staff while serving as a hands-on technical escalation point. Leads infrastructure design, commissioning, and go-live support for new data center sites, traveling 30–40% as needed.

Leads mechanical engineering efforts for mission-critical data center projects, including new construction, expansions, retrofits, standards development, design reviews, construction support, equipment evaluations, value engineering, controls review, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with operations teams, consultants, suppliers, construction partners, and customers. Reviews mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC controls, energy, hydraulic, and CFD analyses while supporting factory testing, site meetings, and emergency response.

Provides executive and personal support to a senior executive by managing calendars, correspondence, travel logistics, meetings, expenses, and follow-up. Coordinates business stakeholders, office relocation activities, family logistics, residences, appointments, errands, shopping, household vendors, and ad hoc requests. Requires discretion, strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, composure under pressure, and flexibility for occasional urgent requests outside standard hours.

Leads electrical design for hyperscale and mission-critical data centers across Europe. Responsibilities include managing HV/MV/LV systems, substations, utilities, consultants, permitting, project delivery, construction support, commissioning, and integrated systems testing. The role provides client-side technical leadership, reviews designs and project documents, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages risks and milestones, and ensures compliance with standards and operational requirements.

Leads indirect procurement sourcing and category management, including competitive sourcing events, supplier selection, contract negotiation, preferred supplier programs, intake and requisition processes, and vendor performance management.
