Supports commissioning, factory testing, customer meetings, troubleshooting, value engineering, MOP reviews, and development of electrical and MEP standards.

Supports project managers in delivering mission-critical data center construction projects. Coordinates documentation, schedules, budgets, procurement, contractors, vendors, meetings, reporting, risk tracking, quality assurance, commissioning, and closeout activities. Maintains project records and communicates progress among stakeholders while helping ensure safety, compliance, schedule, and budget performance. The role operates across office and active construction site environments and may require occasional travel.

Leads end-to-end design execution for multiple hyperscale and AI-ready data center developments. Oversees multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams, design standards, governance, consultant performance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and construction support. Builds scalable design processes, operating models, reporting systems, and organizational capabilities while ensuring quality, constructability, reliability, regulatory compliance, customer alignment, and predictable delivery.

Leads and scales Prime Data Centers’ technical training function across multiple sites and regions. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, certifications, curriculum, competency standards, procedural training, safety, vendor partnerships, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement. The role builds the training organization, recruits and develops staff, coordinates with operations and engineering leaders, and ensures workforce readiness, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in mission-critical data center environments.

Build and operate Prime Data Centers’ commercial intelligence function. Analyze customer requirements, competitors, market trends, data center demand, power markets, and regulatory developments. Develop market sizing models, forecasts, competitive databases, Voice of Customer programs, and executive reports. Partner with Sales, Investment and Capital Markets, Development, and Technical Operations to inform underwriting, site selection, portfolio strategy, product development, and capital allocation.

Owns QA/QC verification across the equipment lifecycle for mission-critical data center projects. Manages factory witness and acceptance testing, equipment inspections, documentation audits, asset traceability, field discrepancy resolution, root cause analysis, commissioning reviews, energization events, turnover, and material condition reporting. Partners with procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning, general contractors, and site operations to ensure objective quality evidence, corrective action closure, and compliance with approved drawings and plans.

Leads day-to-day IT operations across corporate and data center environments, managing service delivery, infrastructure health, patching, backups, networking, monitoring, vendors, compliance, and ITSM. Oversees and develops systems, network, and helpdesk staff while serving as a hands-on technical escalation point. Leads infrastructure design, commissioning, and go-live support for new data center sites, traveling 30–40% as needed.

Manages customer data center installation projects from scope validation and contractor selection through execution, cost tracking, and completion. Coordinates internal teams, customers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors across multiple facilities. Reviews designs and construction documents, manages RFPs, contracts, procurement, schedules, budgets, installation quality, and project updates. Requires data center fit-out experience, infrastructure knowledge, construction plan interpretation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools.

Leads technical solutioning for hyperscale data center customers, including RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, CFD interpretation, power and cooling design, Bluebeam reviews, and client presentations. Supports construction delivery, project cost and schedule tracking, OFCI equipment coordination, sourcing, technical content, Salesforce data maintenance, and mentoring. Requires strong data center engineering expertise, direct hyperscale customer experience, and moderate travel.

Leads mechanical engineering efforts for mission-critical data center projects, including new construction, expansions, retrofits, standards development, design reviews, construction support, equipment evaluations, value engineering, controls review, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with operations teams, consultants, suppliers, construction partners, and customers. Reviews mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC controls, energy, hydraulic, and CFD analyses while supporting factory testing, site meetings, and emergency response.

Provides executive and personal support to a senior executive by managing calendars, correspondence, travel logistics, meetings, expenses, and follow-up. Coordinates business stakeholders, office relocation activities, family logistics, residences, appointments, errands, shopping, household vendors, and ad hoc requests. Requires discretion, strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, composure under pressure, and flexibility for occasional urgent requests outside standard hours.

Leads electrical design for hyperscale and mission-critical data centers across Europe. Responsibilities include managing HV/MV/LV systems, substations, utilities, consultants, permitting, project delivery, construction support, commissioning, and integrated systems testing. The role provides client-side technical leadership, reviews designs and project documents, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages risks and milestones, and ensures compliance with standards and operational requirements.

Leads indirect procurement sourcing and category management, including competitive sourcing events, supplier selection, contract negotiation, preferred supplier programs, intake and requisition processes, and vendor performance management. Partners with Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, IT, and corporate services to improve procurement governance, consolidate spend, reduce off-process buying, and identify savings opportunities using spend and category data.
