Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, meeting and event logistics, document preparation, expense processing, confidential communications, stakeholder coordination, and special-project support. The role also improves administrative processes, maintains executive resources, and provides backup coverage for other administrative staff.

Owns cross-disciplinary technical coordination and quality control for data center tenant fit-out designs. Integrates electrical, mechanical, structural, and BIM deliverables; manages RFIs; maintains technical standards and specifications; leads design quality reviews for customer requirements and code compliance; identifies technical risks; and supports engineering consistency across teams.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will help build and mature the recruiting function by shaping TA strategy, documenting processes, managing ATS workflows, developing team capabilities, improving candidate experience, supporting specialized and high-volume recruiting programs, and coordinating with HR teams. The role also tracks TA metrics, maintains reporting, coaches team members, and identifies process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
