Leads electrical engineering and design for data center tenant fit-outs, including power distribution, load sizing, redundancy, metering, and code compliance. Manages and mentors electrical designers and engineers, reviews technical drawings and calculations, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, supports commissioning, resolves field issues, and maintains electrical design standards and specifications.

Leads tenant fit-out cost estimating from conceptual budgeting through final GMP. Maintains cost databases and unit pricing, partners with pre-construction, design, and procurement teams, reviews change orders, analyzes cost impacts, presents budgets, benchmarks project costs, identifies savings opportunities, and manages and mentors estimators. Requires strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural fit-out costs, estimating software proficiency, and experience in data center or mission-critical construction.
