Sources and screens candidates, manages job postings, interviews, hiring pipelines, onboarding, credentialing compliance, compensation records, and exit interviews. The role partners with leadership and HR, represents the organization at job fairs, maintains recruiting data in ADP, and improves talent acquisition processes through innovative sourcing strategies and effective communication.

Develop referral relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, community organizations, and other partners throughout Maryland. Generate qualified referrals, conduct facility visits and presentations, attend networking events, track outreach and pipeline activity, coordinate with internal teams, and achieve referral, growth, census, and revenue goals.

Build relationships with community partners, schools, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote mental health services and generate referrals. Conduct outreach visits, presentations, events, and promotional activities; maintain referral-source relationships; track referrals and outcomes in a CRM; prepare weekly reports; and collaborate with intake and program teams to ensure appropriate client transitions.
