Front-desk administrative role in an outpatient clinic: manage patient check-in/check-out in the EMR, verify insurance, schedule appointments, communicate with clinicians and clients, handle medical record requests, prior authorizations, GAINS/LOCUS uploads, and maintain a clean waiting area.

Provide supervision and guidance to clinical staff to ensure quality care, documentation, treatment planning, and professional conduct. Review and sign clinical documentation and treatment plans, monitor caseloads, respond to and file client grievances, participate in crisis interventions, and document consultations in the EMR.
