Develop referral relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, community organizations, and other partners throughout Maryland. Generate qualified referrals, conduct facility visits and presentations, attend networking events, track outreach and pipeline activity, coordinate with internal teams, and achieve referral, growth, census, and revenue goals.

Leads multi-state non-medical home healthcare operations across Pennsylvania and Maryland. Oversees staffing, scheduling, service quality, compliance, client satisfaction, documentation, performance management, and operational consistency. Supervises care coordination and field staff, partners with HR and Compliance, manages audits and corrective actions, and reports performance to executive leadership. Requires up to 20% travel between locations.

Build relationships with community partners, schools, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote mental health services and generate referrals. Conduct outreach visits, presentations, events, and promotional activities; maintain referral-source relationships; track referrals and outcomes in a CRM; prepare weekly reports; and collaborate with intake and program teams to ensure appropriate client transitions.
