Provide coordinated case management and crisis services to consumers: conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and review service/treatment plans, connect clients to community resources, document case records, facilitate meetings (IEP/MDT/court), run support groups, and ensure HIPAA-compliant care and communication.

Provides community-based care coordination and outreach for individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders. Performs needs assessments, crisis safety planning, schedules and coordinates appointments, facilitates transitions from hospitals, links consumers to housing/employment/benefits, documents contacts per policy, and promotes community integration while ensuring confidentiality and required trainings.

Provide coordinated case management services including psychosocial assessments, service/treatment planning, crisis intervention, referrals to community resources, appointment scheduling, record keeping, advocacy at meetings/court, and collaboration with treatment teams to support consumer independence and wellness.

Manage accurate claims processing, posting payments/adjustments, tracking outstanding claims and appeals, communicating with payers and persons served, verifying service authorizations, importing and reconciling authorization data, and maintaining EHR records to ensure timely billing and authorizations.

Provides community-based support for individuals with serious mental illness or substance use disorders. Conducts needs assessments, crisis safety planning, coordinates care and referrals, provides face-to-face and transitional support, arranges transportation, documents activities, and promotes community integration to prevent hospitalization and support recovery.

Provide coordinated case management services including psychosocial assessment, service/treatment planning, crisis assessment and intervention, linkage to community resources, documentation, scheduling, consumer advocacy, transportation coordination, and participation in treatment teams and meetings.

Performs psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, prescribes medications, develops treatment plans, coordinates care and crisis referrals, documents progress, and may supervise physician assistants or nurse practitioners while participating in committees and quality initiatives.

Provide day-to-day leadership and program management for a behavioral health service line, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, delivering and co-signing clinical services and documentation, conducting chart reviews and trainings, and supporting quality, reporting, and program fidelity.

Provides community-based support and care coordination for individuals with serious mental illness or substance use disorders. Conducts assessments, crisis planning, transitional care, monthly face-to-face contacts, referrals to services, and documents activities while promoting recovery, community integration, and adherence to confidentiality and training requirements.

Performs psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses and treats mental and behavioral disorders, prescribes medications, develops management plans, coordinates care, provides crisis intervention, documents progress, and may supervise PAs/ARNPs while participating in quality and committee initiatives.

Provide day-to-day leadership and program management for a clinical service line, ensuring licensure and regulatory compliance, mentoring staff, conducting chart reviews, delivering individual/family/group therapy as needed, co-signing documentation, and supporting quality improvement and reporting.

Provide peer-based recovery support to individuals with mental illness and/or substance abuse by sharing lived experience; teach coping and self-help skills; model recovery principles; support community integration; oversee client safety; run leisure activities; maintain policies, certifications, and documentation.

Provide psychosocial assessments, develop and review service/treatment plans, coordinate community resources, deliver supportive and crisis interventions, maintain case records, attend team meetings and advocate for consumers in courts/IEP/MDT meetings.

Provide peer-based recovery support by sharing lived experience, helping consumers build coping and self-help skills, promoting recovery principles, supporting crisis response, facilitating community connectedness, and assisting staff understanding of recovery-focused services.

Provide day-to-day leadership and program management for a behavioral health service line, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, delivering and co-signing clinical documentation, conducting chart reviews, providing therapy and training, and supporting quality improvement, reporting, and program marketing.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for a clinic: answer communications, use the EHR to schedule and verify consumer information and benefits, support telehealth setup, handle deposits and paperwork, coordinate with site directors and other sites, order supplies, and attend trainings.

Support marketing, branding, and community outreach by creating social media content and marketing materials, managing website content and SEO/SEM campaigns, coordinating and promoting community events, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Provide front-desk administrative support in a clinical setting: manage communications, schedule appointments, verify consumer demographics and insurance, process co-payments, support telehealth setup, order supplies, and coordinate with site directors and other clinic sites.

Provide day-to-day leadership and program management for a behavioral health service line, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, mentor and train staff, perform chart reviews and co-sign documentation, deliver individual/family/group therapy as needed, manage reporting and program fidelity, and support marketing and process improvement efforts.
