Manages an integrated children’s services system for children ages 0–5 and their families. Oversees program quality, improvement, development, implementation, staff education, community engagement, budgets, contracts, personnel, and public relations. Supervises programs with 50 or more FTEs and ensures compliance with Head Start requirements, background screening, health checks, transportation policies, and required certifications.

Provides receptionist and administrative support in a community health center, including patient appointment scheduling, registration, patient flow management, billing, payment collection, and potential health insurance enrollment assistance. Requires a high school diploma or GED and healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience. Bilingual Spanish/English or Navajo/English and medical billing experience are preferred.

Consolidates and analyzes financial and payer data, identifies trends, recommends revenue-efficiency improvements, addresses audit issues, and supports annual budgeting and goal setting for the Central Billing Office.
