Provides registered nursing services in a community health center under nursing and medical supervision. Responsibilities include patient flow, statistical reporting, laboratory coordination, pharmacy-related duties, and medical records management. The role requires an approved nursing education, an active New Mexico RN license, and current BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire. Employees must also complete required healthcare personnel testing and immunizations.

Supports planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting a continuous survey-readiness program to reduce risks to patients, visitors, and employees. Ensures organizational compliance with The Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements, applies quality management and performance improvement approaches, and contributes to customer service and accreditation activities.
