Supports the Administrator and/or Region Director in managing operations across community health programs, including primary care, behavioral health, dental, teen health, and school-based health. Responsibilities may involve supervisory and administrative duties, transportation between locations, compliance with organizational policies, and coordination of services. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, at least six months of management or supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

Processes healthcare billing and claims to support accurate, compliant, and timely reimbursement. Reviews electronic claim submissions and eligibility verifications, follows up on outstanding claims, contacts managed care organizations, and performs related accounts receivable activities.

Provides targeted classroom assistance to young children requiring additional support across assigned county locations. Works with children ages birth through five in early childhood education settings, maintains required certifications, completes health and background screenings, and follows Head Start and New Mexico regulatory requirements.
