Provides front-desk customer service in an assisted living and memory care community. Responsibilities include answering and transferring incoming calls, serving as an information resource, supporting public relations, and completing administrative duties. The role is scheduled every Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and requires communication, organization, computer proficiency, and familiarity with standard office equipment.

Provides front-desk customer service, answers and transfers calls, serves as an information resource, enters resident charges into electronic billing systems, runs and mails statements, processes payments, prepares deposits, and performs administrative duties. The role works Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in a senior living community.

Leads enterprise applications, application architecture, development, integrations, data governance, AI strategy, technology roadmaps, vendor relationships, budgets, and project delivery. Oversees application support, business partnership, and engineering teams while ensuring secure, scalable, reliable platforms. Partners with executives and business leaders to align technology investments with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and resident and workforce needs. Develops standards, governance, lifecycle processes, and staff performance and development programs.

Manages campus human resources programs, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee records, training, safety, compliance, and policy implementation. Partners with campus leadership to support operational goals, resident care, workplace culture, and regulatory compliance. Supervises HR assistants, receptionists, and other staff as assigned.

Leads clinical education programs, curriculum development, accreditation compliance, training delivery, and partnerships with academic institutions. Oversees clinical educators, evaluates team performance, manages learning technology, and aligns education strategies with regulatory, quality, and organizational goals. Requires an RN license, relevant bachelor’s degree, extensive clinical leadership and education experience, and travel among PHS locations.

Manages human resources systems and processes for a senior living campus, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, records, compliance, and workplace safety. Partners with campus leadership to implement corporate HR policies, support operational goals, maintain a positive workplace culture, and ensure regulatory compliance. Supervises HR assistants, receptionists, and other applicable staff.

Provides in-house legal counsel and representation, primarily on labor and employment matters, litigation, regulatory compliance, resident relations, and risk management. Advises executives and HR leaders, manages assigned legal matters, oversees outside counsel, supports investigations and dispute resolution, and helps advance legal processes and technology. Requires independent judgment, strong communication, and collaboration across the organization.

Develops and facilitates clinical education, onboarding, competency training, and continuing education for healthcare employees. Partners with clinical and functional leaders to create curricula, monitor training, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage learning records. Teaches nursing and caregiving skills including clinical competencies, mechanical lifts, catheter care, handwashing, vital signs, and medication administration. Requires Minnesota RN licensure, nursing experience, adult-learning expertise, technology proficiency, and travel between locations.

Participates in site leadership and operational planning, supervises reception staff as applicable, and may handle office management and resident billing functions.

Leads enterprise finance strategy, FP&A, accounting, reporting, revenue cycle, treasury, cash forecasting, compliance, controls, budgeting, and financial systems. Oversees a 35–40-person distributed finance organization, supports strategic transactions and growth investments, presents results to executives and the Board, and ensures scalable, accurate, compliant financial operations across multiple entities and states.
