Implements life enrichment and recreation programming for senior living residents. Leads group and individual activities, supports social interaction and wellness, participates in outings and special events, provides one-on-one engagement, assists with errands and correspondence, and transports residents within the community. The role works Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional flexibility for evening and weekend programs.

Implements life enrichment and recreation programming for senior living residents. Leads group and individual activities, social interactions, outings, exercise, learning, and special events. Provides personalized resident support, including errands, correspondence assistance, outdoor activities, and transportation within the community. Works with residents, families, staff, and volunteers while following established policies and care standards.

Manages human resources operations for a senior living community, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, pay and benefits administration, training, records, compliance, safety, and HR policy implementation. Partners with campus leadership to support workforce strategies, organizational culture, resident-care goals, and operational objectives. Maintains HR systems and processes while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
