Operate and maintain agronomy equipment to apply crop protection products, fertilizers, and seed; deliver products to customers; complete records and compliance documentation; assist with soil and tissue sampling, inventory, and preventative maintenance; provide customer service and support peak-season operations.

Perform custom application of crop protection products and nutrients using sprayers and spreaders; mix, load, document applications, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines. Drive and deliver seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products (CDL-required), maintain equipment and facilities, assist with field scouting, soil sampling, blending, and inventory, and provide customer service. Be available for extended hours during peak seasons.

Lead daily operations of the Mt. Horeb energy location, manage staff and budgets, drive sales of propane, fuels and lubricants, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, build customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities.

Perform custom application of crop inputs, operate sprayers/spreaders and CDL vehicles, deliver seed/fertilizer, assist with field scouting and soil sampling, maintain equipment and facilities, complete application and delivery records, follow DOT and safety regulations, and provide customer support during peak seasons.

Sell and grow propane, fuels, lubricants, and energy services by developing relationships with residential, farm, and commercial customers; identify needs, prepare quotes and contracts, manage accounts, coordinate with operations and delivery, support collections, attend community events, and maintain accurate sales records.
