Serves as a primary customer contact for energy-related questions, account needs, service requests, and issue resolution. Coordinates customer requests with internal teams while supporting the Energy Division Manager through scheduling, communications, reporting, recordkeeping, project tracking, and administrative tasks. Maintains organized records, prepares business materials, follows up on deadlines, and supports pricing, sales, budgeting, planning, and special initiatives.
