Process purchase orders from creation to completion, review receiving documents, enforce spending approvals, liaise with accounts payable, field staff, and vendors, support sourcing and pricing discussions, and maintain supplier relationships while following company policies.

Source, screen and interview field candidates; manage onboarding; verify certifications and prior experience; maintain candidate communication and compliance with policies/legislation; track candidates, results and hiring costs; monitor job fairs; recommend recruitment process improvements.

Manage vendor relationships and process high volumes of PO and non-PO invoices, reconcile vendor statements, investigate invoice issues, process employee expense reports in SAP Concur, assist with month-end AP closing, and collaborate across departments on payment resolution and ad hoc projects.

Perform hands-on yard cleanup, asset recovery, equipment preparation, and disposal tasks under a Team Lead. Travel between stations and support projects, prepare equipment for field placement, and follow safety procedures on varying project schedules.

Oversee day-to-day field well servicing operations and Field Superintendents, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and profitability, lead investigations, drive operational performance and continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction through visible leadership and staff development.
