Lead and mentor HSE staff, implement and maintain safety and environmental programs, ensure regulatory and client compliance, conduct field visits and audits, develop training and incident prevention measures, interface with clients and regulators, and report HSE performance to senior management to improve company-wide safety.

Oversee day-to-day field well servicing operations and Field Superintendents, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and profitability, lead investigations, drive operational performance and continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction through visible leadership and staff development.
