Supports payroll information verification, HRIS and personnel record maintenance, employee onboarding and termination paperwork, and payroll and benefits help lines. Requires accurate, confidential work, strong customer service, and coordination with employees, departments, insurers, and benefits providers.

Provides administrative support for rental operations by coordinating purchase orders, validating work orders, processing customer invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, submitting electronic invoices, preparing month-end accruals, maintaining records, and generating operational and financial reports. The role also supports compliance, audit documentation, customer service, and process improvement while tracking equipment utilization, contracts, and rental documentation.
