Connect first-party data to ad platforms, audit and manage agencies, run RFPs, build A/B testing roadmaps, report performance, negotiate vendor contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize leads and ROAS while maintaining verification and advanced platform integrations.

Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll administration and timekeeping systems, ensure compliance with federal/state wage and tax laws, resolve payroll inquiries, prepare tax and year-end reporting, maintain accurate payroll records, and support HR initiatives and payroll system/process improvements.

Own supplier performance, strategic sourcing, contracting, onboarding, risk mitigation, and NPI enablement for direct (and some indirect) spend.
