Leads the company’s accounting and financial functions, overseeing accounting operations, policies, controls, transactions, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, insurance administration, debt compliance, tax filings, and financial analysis. Manages the accounting team, maintains accurate financial records and reports, oversees banking and merchant relationships, and ensures compliance with accounting principles and government requirements.

Leads daily hub and warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, returns, staffing, workflow prioritization, and KPI performance. Manages inventory accuracy, slotting, replenishment, system transactions, safety, and continuous improvement. Coaches warehouse teams, supports hiring and training, coordinates with transportation and procurement, and helps scale operational capacity across the network.

Handles customer inquiries, complaints, service scheduling, appointment dispatch, account retention, and technician support across multiple markets. Communicates with customers by phone, chat, text, and email; resolves service issues; maintains interaction records; balances technician schedules; follows up on pending work orders and installation appointments. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, computer, analytical, and customer-service skills, plus weekend availability for onsite office work.

Leads multi-state payroll administration, benefits, onboarding, HR shared services, compliance, employee data integrity, HR and payroll systems, reporting, analytics, and process improvements. Manages payroll and HR operations teams, resolves payroll and tax issues, monitors regulatory changes, supports audits and year-end reporting, and advises HR leadership using workforce insights.

Build and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy. Design and deliver training for field technicians, installers, and salespeople; create content and onboarding, run instructor-led and train-the-trainer sessions, and establish metrics and dashboards. Partner with leadership and HR, iterate programs from feedback and data, and travel up to 30% on the West Coast.

Administer, configure, and optimize core business applications (ERP, CRM, Field Service, HRIS, etc.); build automations and integrations; deliver ad hoc reporting; drive a 12-month business-technology roadmap; lead feature rollouts, UAT, vendor relationships, data governance, and AI/automation enablement to improve field operations and business efficiency.

Own supplier performance, strategic sourcing, contracting, onboarding, risk mitigation, and NPI enablement for direct (and some indirect) spend. Build procurement analytics, KPIs, and governance; lead supplier negotiations, continuous improvement, and a small team of buyers to deliver cost savings, quality, and supply continuity.
