Source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, partner with leaders on hiring strategy, deploy AI/LLM tools, manage hiring through GEM and Paylocity, analyze recruiting metrics, and oversee employer branding and onboarding to improve hiring outcomes.

Develop and manage health & safety programs for residential and light-commercial operations. Ensure regulatory compliance (Cal/OSHA, WA L&I), deliver training, perform inspections and audits, investigate incidents, manage workers' compensation and insurer/TPA relationships, analyze safety data, recommend PPE/equipment, and drive a zero-injury safety culture.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager and commercial division: manage calendars, process paperwork and timesheets, close jobs in ServiceTitan, create invoices, handle technician payroll, A/R collections, correspondence, visitor and call management, and lead special projects while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing competing demands.
