Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager and commercial division: manage calendars, process paperwork and timesheets, close jobs in ServiceTitan, create invoices, handle technician payroll, A/R collections, correspondence, visitor and call management, and lead special projects while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing competing demands.

Administer, configure, and optimize core business applications (ERP, CRM, Field Service, HRIS, etc.); build automations and integrations; deliver ad hoc reporting; drive a 12-month business-technology roadmap; lead feature rollouts, UAT, vendor relationships, data governance, and AI/automation enablement to improve field operations and business efficiency.

Manage, optimize, and scale multi-channel PPC campaigns (Google, Bing, PMAX) across 15+ local markets. Connect first-party data to ad platforms, audit and manage agencies, run RFPs, build A/B testing roadmaps, report performance, negotiate vendor contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize leads and ROAS while maintaining verification and advanced platform integrations.

Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll administration and timekeeping systems, ensure compliance with federal/state wage and tax laws, resolve payroll inquiries, prepare tax and year-end reporting, maintain accurate payroll records, and support HR initiatives and payroll system/process improvements.

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, text, and email; schedule and dispatch appointments using a computerized system; support service technicians; track interactions and follow up on work orders; resolve issues and retain accounts while maintaining professional, accurate records and strong customer service.

Own supplier performance, strategic sourcing, contracting, onboarding, risk mitigation, and NPI enablement for direct (and some indirect) spend. Build procurement analytics, KPIs, and governance; lead supplier negotiations, continuous improvement, and a small team of buyers to deliver cost savings, quality, and supply continuity.
