Lead and centralize enterprise compliance and risk management across U.S. and Canadian facilities. Oversee export/import controls, DDTC licensing, DFARS/FAR/CMMC adherence, internal audits, training, supplier risk, business continuity, cybersecurity readiness, and reporting to General Counsel and the Audit Committee.

Under limited supervision, the Business Systems Analyst II provides functional support for ERP systems, troubleshoots issues, performs data analysis, and documents processes for operational efficiency.

Create 3D models and generate NC toolpaths for multi-axis mills and lathes using Mastercam/SolidWorks. Develop tooling and fixtures, verify programs with Vericut, build tool assemblies in TDM, upload programs to PDM, and support manufacturing processes to meet schedules and cost targets.

Schedules manufacturing work to meet customer requirements and production deadlines. Maintains ERP and Microsoft Project schedules, releases production orders, manages material and customer updates, resolves MRP issues, generates reports, and supports process improvements. Works with operations and IT on ERP enhancements, trains manufacturing personnel on MRP, and coordinates project review meetings. Requires scheduling, inventory control, manufacturing, blueprint reading, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing knowledge.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and skilled-trades roles across the organization. Source and engage candidates, partner with hiring managers on job profiles and interviews, support high-volume manufacturing hiring, coordinate community outreach and apprenticeships, ensure strong candidate experience, compliance, and data-driven hiring recommendations.

Lead site finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and monthly reporting. Provide strategic financial insights, oversee ASC 606 Percentage of Completion revenue recognition, drive process improvements (Lean Six Sigma/6S), enhance financial systems, and manage a team of accounting, finance, and payroll personnel to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and support executive decision-making.

Oversee daily production operations to meet delivery, quality, and efficiency targets. Manage and develop supervisors and production staff, drive Lean/5S and AS9100D compliance, resolve production issues, support preventive maintenance, and deliver customer support including travel as needed.

Design, develop, install, test, and document control systems. Manage budgets and schedules, interface with customers, suppliers, and project teams, support procurement, manufacturing, field installation and commissioning, and provide technical direction and engineering documentation.

Under direct supervision, set up and machine parts from blueprints using manual and CNC machines, operate shop equipment (including overhead crane), hold tight tolerances, perform layouts, run and assist with setups, read measurement instruments, and maintain safe, clean work areas.

The Manufacturing Engineer designs efficient manufacturing processes, evaluates product designs, creates production plans, and collaborates with teams to overcome production challenges.

Builds and machines parts from blueprints using manual and CNC machines. Sets up and runs projects, reads blueprints and geometric tolerancing, operates shop equipment including overhead crane, maintains tolerances and quality, performs measurements and layouts, performs machine set-ups, works with little supervision, and lifts up to 49 pounds. Overtime and safe work practices required.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment; leads productivity and process-improvement projects; creates manufacturing documentation; supports production and NRE projects; mentors other engineers.

Set up, program, and operate 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes for aerospace/defense parts. Read blueprints, select tooling, measure and inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, maintain tolerances, troubleshoot machines, record production, and follow safety and quality procedures. May lift and move materials and work overtime on a 2nd-shift, four-day (10-hour) schedule.

Ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. Maintain QMS (AS9100/ISO), support NPI, lead problem-solving/CAPA, perform audits, manage customer quality packages, and drive continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.

The CAD/CAM Engineer analyzes design data to create machining programs, prepares layouts, writes machine instructions, and tests program accuracy.

Lead transformational IT projects including cloud migrations and software rollouts, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing risks, and delivering high-quality results.

The AI Engineer will design and implement scalable AI systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence AI strategy to integrate AI solutions into business operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The machinist is responsible for CNC machining tasks including setup, monitoring operations, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring quality of finished parts while maintaining a clean workspace.

Support the Quality Manager in maintaining the QMS, develop and track process/product metrics, perform failure analysis and FMEA, lead root-cause and corrective action efforts, coordinate non-conformance resolution, conduct internal audits, respond to customer quality requests, and write/update procedures and work instructions.

As a Process Engineer, you will prepare estimates for RFQs, develop new manufacturing processes, conduct quality planning, and provide technical support for various projects.
