Lead IT strategy and operations across two semiconductor manufacturing sites, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications (ERP/MES/QMS/CRM), data governance, analytics, digital transformation, vendor and project management to improve throughput, quality, and operational resilience.

Design, program, and build tooling and fixturing for CNC machines; create and edit CAM programs; support setups, troubleshoot machining issues, coordinate tooling, supervise operators, and maintain backups and tooling records.

Supervise equipment technicians maintaining and repairing CNC machinery. Organize maintenance calls, preventive maintenance, hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement while providing technical support for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and reading blueprints.
