Leads continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing, materials, quality, and support functions. Coaches leaders and teams on problem-solving, standard work, visual management, Kaizen, and daily management. Builds employee engagement and idea-generation systems, tracks productivity and CI projects, supports safety improvements, and reports outcomes to senior leadership. The role collaborates cross-functionally, facilitates change, and periodically supports projects or training at other locations.

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, configure integrations and workflows, maintain data integrity and security, and develop Power BI reports and dashboards. Analyze data, support reporting needs, train users, and oversee network, server, storage, and backup infrastructure. The role also requires resolving technical issues, supporting cloud services, optimizing processes, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders in an onsite office environment.

Design and develop custom mechanical components, assemblies, fixtures, tooling, and sheet-metal products for manufacturing. Create CAD models and engineering drawings, perform calculations and testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams while maintaining ERP/MRP data. Support installation and commissioning, and apply lean manufacturing methods, machining knowledge, and process-improvement techniques in aerospace and semiconductor environments.
