Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, including partnering with hiring managers, recruiting events, job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, offers, pre-employment processing, onboarding, and 30-day reviews. Maintains ATS compliance and recruiting records, supports EIT rotation scheduling, collaborates on recruiting strategy and metrics, and assists with broader HR projects, employee communications, benefits compliance, and policy guidance.

Leads strategic and operational IT across two manufacturing sites, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data governance, analytics, digital transformation, and business continuity. Drives ERP, MES, QMS, IoT, AI, and shop-floor connectivity initiatives supporting semiconductor manufacturing. Partners with business leaders, manages vendors and major IT projects, strengthens cybersecurity and compliance, and builds scalable technology capabilities that improve productivity, quality, throughput, and decision-making.

Manages ERP and business systems implementation projects, gathers departmental requirements, customizes systems, migrates and maintains data, configures users and permissions, creates reports and dashboards, trains employees, troubleshoots issues, coordinates vendor support, and tracks system upgrades. The role also documents technical procedures and supports projects across manufacturing departments.
