Supervise equipment technicians maintaining and repairing CNC machinery. Organize maintenance calls, preventive maintenance, hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement while providing technical support for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and reading blueprints.

Set up, operate, and produce precision parts on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and mill-turn machines; perform tool changes, basic program edits, in-process inspection using precision gauges, maintain equipment, follow AS9100 procedures, troubleshoot, and support preventative maintenance.

Serve as primary customer contact to manage orders, ensure on-time delivery, maintain customer records and portals, provide forecasts, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting invoicing and continuous process improvements.
