Hands-on manufacturing engineer to develop and improve CNC machining processes. Responsibilities include process planning, tooling and fixture support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, new-job launches, documentation, and leading projects to reduce cycle time, scrap, and cost while supporting automation and AS9100 quality requirements.

Lead daily CNC production operations, manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow, monitor KPIs in Global Shop Solutions, enforce quality and AS9100 procedures, remove production constraints, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping to meet customer commitments.

Create and maintain manufacturing process plans, operation layouts, and tooling/fixturing documentation. Read customer drawings and specifications, translate requirements into shop-floor instructions, support production, quality, and continuous improvement, and follow aerospace/military and ISO/AS9100 documentation standards.
