Provides administrative support to engineering and front-office teams in a precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include reviewing customer orders, preparing specification worksheets, organizing drawings and technical files, creating work orders and Bills of Material in an ERP system, coordinating vendor documentation, maintaining records, entering accurate data, and supporting the Engineering Manager. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Training is provided, and prior engineering or manufacturing experience is not required.

Hands-on manufacturing engineer to develop and improve CNC machining processes. Responsibilities include process planning, tooling and fixture support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, new-job launches, documentation, and leading projects to reduce cycle time, scrap, and cost while supporting automation and AS9100 quality requirements.
