Lead the full HR function for a multi-state oilfield services organization of approximately 1,000 employees. Serve on the executive leadership team, shape people and organizational strategy, strengthen culture and engagement, oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and development, and lead workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and HR integration for mergers, acquisitions, and continued growth.

Develops new client relationships through networking, referrals, and industry events; identifies hiring needs and presents recruiting and consulting services. The role manages a prospective-client pipeline, conducts meetings with business leaders and executives, and collaborates with recruiters to deliver strong client service. Manage or operate portable ready-mix concrete plants across West Texas. Plant Managers oversee production, batching, quality control, maintenance, inventory, safety, personnel, equipment relocation, and customer coordination. Batch Plant Operators use computerized batching systems, follow mix designs, monitor quality, communicate with drivers and project teams, maintain equipment, and record production data. Ready-mix concrete experience is required, while portable plant experience is preferred. Travel between project sites is required.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable for upstream oil and gas operations, including invoice coding for LOE, CAPEX, properties, wells, and AFEs. Support or lead joint interest billing, revenue distribution, vendor reconciliations, partner accounting, and month-end close activities. Maintain audit-ready records, resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and assist the Controller with accounting initiatives in a lean, in-office environment.

Supports oilfield field operations by promoting HSEQ culture, conducting audits and training, investigating incidents, managing corrective actions and workers’ compensation cases, maintaining regulatory records, monitoring OSHA, DOT, environmental, and customer requirements, tracking safety metrics, and assisting with emergency preparedness. Requires fluent English and Spanish communication and substantial oilfield HSE experience.

Develop and manage community programming, including networking events, workshops, panels, speaker sessions, offsites, and private events. Identify speakers and partners, coordinate events from concept through execution, build local relationships, promote programming, and grow attendance and engagement. The role focuses on creating meaningful experiences that foster connection, learning, confidence, and community involvement.

Oversee the company’s accounting and administrative operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, cash flow, banking, payroll, invoicing, collections, and subcontractor documentation. Maintain job costing, support budgeting and forecasting, coordinate with external financial partners, and improve processes, reporting, and internal controls for a growing heavy civil construction contractor.
