Executive HR leader responsible for enterprise-wide human resources strategy across a multi-state oilfield services organization. Leads talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, organizational development, culture, engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management. Partners with executives and ownership while guiding HR integration during mergers, acquisitions, organizational growth, and change initiatives.

Manage full-cycle upstream oil and gas accounts payable, including invoice coding for LOE, CAPEX, properties, wells, and AFEs. Support joint interest billing, revenue distribution, reconciliations, accruals, month-end close, reporting, audit-ready records, and process improvements. Collaborate with Operations, Land, and Engineering while supporting the Controller on accounting initiatives.

Develops new business and grows accounts for portable sanitation, dumpster, and site services across construction, industrial, infrastructure, and event projects. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with project stakeholders, monitoring project pipelines, conducting job-site visits, creating pricing solutions, coordinating with operations, and meeting sales targets.

Leads daily accounting practice operations, supervises and develops staff, reviews tax and financial deliverables, advises small and midsized business clients on financial performance and growth, provides fractional CFO services, improves workflows, ensures compliance, resolves client issues, and supports strategic planning with firm ownership.

Develop new equipment rental business across San Antonio by prospecting oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, and industrial customers. Build relationships, identify projects, conduct field and jobsite visits, prepare quotes, negotiate rental terms, close opportunities, and grow existing accounts. Coordinate with operations on equipment availability and delivery, track sales activity and forecasts, monitor competitors, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires independent field work, strong market relationships, equipment rental knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Manages day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, records, and payroll support. Coordinates workplace safety programs, OSHA compliance, employee training, certifications, incident investigations, audits, and regulatory reporting. Partners with leadership, managers, field personnel, vendors, and safety professionals to improve employee engagement, compliance, operational processes, and workplace safety across multiple locations.

Develops prospective client relationships and generates recruiting and consulting opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and business meetings. Identifies hiring needs, presents talent solutions, manages the client pipeline, and collaborates with recruiting teams to support delivery. Represents the firm professionally while building long-term partnerships across energy, construction, manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, and professional services sectors.

Leads operational programs, systems implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives across field operations. Manages project timelines, risks, vendors, system adoption, documentation, quality controls, reporting, KPIs, training, and change management while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and improving operational efficiency.

Source and recruit candidates nationwide, interview and assess fit, present qualified applicants to hiring leaders, coordinate interviews, maintain recruiting records, and build long-term client and candidate relationships. The role requires strong communication, organization, confidence, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple searches independently in a hybrid environment. Recruiting experience is not required; relationship-driven backgrounds such as sales, account management, hospitality, customer service, HR, or operations are welcomed.
