Supports oilfield field operations by promoting HSEQ compliance, conducting audits and inspections, leading incident investigations, managing corrective actions and workers’ compensation cases, maintaining regulatory records, delivering bilingual safety training, tracking safety metrics, and advising personnel and management on OSHA, DOT, environmental, and customer requirements.

Manage or operate portable ready-mix concrete plants across West Texas. Responsibilities include batching production, quality control, maintenance, inventory, scheduling, safety compliance, equipment troubleshooting, plant relocation, and coordination with drivers, customers, contractors, and project personnel. Candidates must have ready-mix concrete experience; portable plant experience is highly preferred. Travel between remote project sites is required.

Develops prospective client relationships and generates recruiting and consulting opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and business meetings. Identifies hiring needs, presents talent solutions, manages the client pipeline, and collaborates with recruiting teams to support delivery. Represents the firm professionally while building long-term partnerships across energy, construction, manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, and professional services sectors.
