Source and recruit candidates nationwide, interview and assess fit, present qualified applicants to hiring leaders, coordinate interviews, maintain recruiting records, and build long-term client and candidate relationships. The role requires strong communication, organization, confidence, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple searches independently in a hybrid environment. Recruiting experience is not required; relationship-driven backgrounds such as sales, account management, hospitality, customer service, HR, or operations are welcomed.

Lead the full HR function for a multi-state oilfield services organization of approximately 1,000 employees. Serve on the executive leadership team, shape people and organizational strategy, strengthen culture and engagement, oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and development, and lead workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and HR integration for mergers, acquisitions, and continued growth.

Develops new client relationships through networking, referrals, and industry events; identifies hiring needs and presents recruiting and consulting services. The role manages a prospective-client pipeline, conducts meetings with business leaders and executives, and collaborates with recruiters to deliver strong client service. Success depends on relationship building, communication, credibility, organization, and representing the company professionally.
