Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations including reporting, budgeting, payroll, banking, investments, and compliance with IFRS. Supervise accounting staff, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, oversee purchasing and payments, improve financial systems, coordinate budgets across departments, and represent financial interests at executive meetings.

Lead implementation of smart metering for mini-grids and C&I projects, manage carbon credit registration and reporting, prepare proposals and tenders, oversee installations, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Lead engineering for solar mini-grid projects: perform site assessments, develop scope, designs, schedules and BOMs, coordinate procurement, supervise installation and commissioning, provide technical troubleshooting, report progress, manage risks, and drive process improvements.
